课程简介：近年来对血细胞疾病和血液凝固问题了解的不断深入,让我们在编写大纲时有机会更好地 理解“血液系统”课程的含义。同样,由于人类基因组研究的完成,让我们在基因组学和蛋 白组学领域获得了新的知识,并对组织学和生物化学有了更深的了解,从而可以加快在病理 学和血液病治疗学上的进展。为此,我们设计了一个整合上述多学科的一个血液系统课程。 使其更包含有生物学、免疫学和药理学的知识点,并将其整合起来提高对血液病诊治学习的 兴趣。本课程旨在帮助医学生更好地掌握血液系统的组成结构及各部分功能,提高学生对临 床学习的兴趣,让学生更好地掌握血液病的后续诊治技能,更容易地学习其它临床课程。 The rate of growth in our understanding of diseases of blood cells and coagulation provides a challenge for the editors of a comprehensive course of hematology. The completion of the genome project and the acquisition of knowledge in the fields of genomics and proteomics, of histology and biochemistry, as applied to hematologic disorders, have accelerated the understanding of the pathogenesis and therapeutics of the diseases of our interest. On these grounds we designed the course a integration of basic knowledge in clinical hematology. This course focuses on the subjects mentioned in biology, immunology and pharmacy which have been translated improved diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The vision of specific course targets for helping students to understanding the hematologic structures and functions, and facilitates their learning of the following the therapy and medical courses, has become a reality and more is sure to come. 凭什么？
