课程简介：(Description ) 临床免疫学检验是医学检验技术专业的重要专业课程之一。它主要讲 述临床免疫学的基本理论、基本技术及常用的免疫学诊断方和常见免疫 相关性疾病的免疫学特征及免疫学诊断的意义。通过该课程的学习,使 学生能掌握临床免疫相关疾病的免疫学特征并熟练应用常用的免疫学 检验技术,针对不同的临床病例开展相关免疫学检验,并能联系理论与 实践对结果进行合理的解释和分析。由于免疫学是当今生命科学中最前 沿的学科之一,新知识、新理论、新技术层出不穷,因而在以上所提要求 的基础上,还要求学生了解免疫学的新知识、新理论及新技术,以使学生 既能适应常规临床免学检验工作,又具备一定的创新工作能力。课程内 容包括:绪论、肿瘤免疫、移植免疫、自身免疫性疾病、免疫缺陷性疾病、 免疫增生性疾病、超敏反应性疾病、免疫防御与感染性疾病、经典免疫学 技术、标记免疫分析技术、细胞免疫学技术、抗体制备及免疫组织化学技 术等。 课程简介 (Description ) Clinical Immunology is one of the professional courses of Medical Laboratory. It focuses on the basic theory of Clinical Immunology, basic technology, commonly used methods in immunological diagnosis, the immunological characteristics of the common immune-related diseases and immunological diagnostic significance. Through the course study, the students are required to use immunological techniques skillfully, grasp the clinical immunological features of related diseases, applicate different methods for different diseases and give reasonable explanation and analysis of the results by theory and practice combined. Since immunological is one of the forefront of today's life sciences disciplines, New knowledge, theories and new technologies are emerging in endlessly. On the basis of the above-mentioned requirements, the students are required to familiar with new immunological knowledge, theories and technologies so as to adapte to the routine clinical disease immunological inspection work and have the ability to innovate. The course includes:introduction,tumor immunology,transplantation immunology ,auto-immune diseases ,immunodeficiency diseases ,immunoproliferative diseases , hypersensitivity diseases, immune defense and infectious diseases, cytokines and adhesion molecules, classical and labeling techniques in 凭什么？
