课程简介：泌尿系统是一门由组织胚胎、生理、病理、病理生理、影像和诊断所组成的整合课程,该课 程以泌尿系统的发生、组织结构和正常生理为基础,介绍泌尿系统常见疾病的病因、发病机 制和病理变化,疾病发生发展过程中的机体功能和代谢变化,以及影像和临床表现。为使学 生能全面灵活地掌握所学内容,本课程采用理论、实验和PBL 相结合的教学形式。授课内容 包括泌尿系统的发生及正常肾组织和排尿管道的结构、肾脏的功能解剖、肾小球滤过功能、 肾小管和集合管的物质转运和分泌、尿液的稀释和浓缩、清除率、尿生成的调节和排尿、肾小 球肾炎和肾盂肾炎等常见疾病的病理、结核和肿瘤的影像表现、水和电解质代谢紊乱、酸碱 平衡紊乱、肾功能障碍、水肿和血尿。 Urinary system is a course integrated with several sciences like embryology, histology, physiology, pathology, pathophysiology, imageology and clinical diagnosis. In addition to histological and physiological development of urinary system, the course also discusses its pathogenesisand morphological changes, which are related with the functional and clinical modifications.To enable the students to learn in a comprehensive and flexible way, the course adopts a combined teaching form of concept study,experiment and Problem-Based Learning(PBL).
